Time makes sense!

Set the timer and make sure you will have at least 10 minutes break after the Timer tells you to do so.

  • Results are the best when playing in 1.5-2 hours sessions.
  • If you are hungry, tired, swearing at your opponents or yourself - it's time to STOP.
  • Break must include some physical activity like push-ups or stretches.
  • Drinking water or eating fresh fruits would benefit a lot.
